Accessibility
General
All be•at venues are equipped to receive visitors with specific needs. We strive to welcome you as best we can and to let you enjoy a concert or show in the best conditions.
If you need extra assistance or are a wheelchair user, please come to the venue at least 40 minutes before the start of the event. That way, we can help you to the best of our abilities.
Please do not hesitate to address our volunteers when entering the Lotto Arena. They will be happy to help you find your seat.
Ordering tickets
Reserve your seats by phone or contact us via the contact form, so we can help you make the correct booking.
Wheelchair users
Are you a wheelchair user? Then you need to order wheelchair seats for yourself and your companion(s). This can only be done by phone or via the contact form, and not via the website. For safety reasons, wheelchair users cannot take up regular seats.
There are reserved seats in the Lotto Arena for wheelchair users and their companions. Their number is limited however, so do not wait too long to order your tickets.
There is space for one companion per wheelchair user. We are happy to discuss the possibility of exceptions, to seat a family together for example. However, be warned that this is not always possible.
Please note! For safety reasons, it is not possible to seat wheelchair users in the central square.
Parking for visitors with limited mobility
Due to the current mobility situation in Antwerp, we advise you to avoid the busy Lotto Arena area and use one of the Park & Rides.
In metro station Sport, located near Sportpaleis Antwerp and Lotto Arena, elevators are available to take you to and from street level.
Is the use of a Park & Ride not an option for you? Contact us at the earliest 2 weeks before the event using the form below.
View the plan below to see where the entrance for wheelchair users is located.

Deaf and hard of hearing visitors
Hearing-impaired visitors can bring the interpreter of their choice. They can also ask the organizer of the event to provide an interpreter, in which case, we will examine together if it is possible to grant this request.
Blind and visually impaired visitors
Please contact us if you would like to attend an event accompanied by a guide dog.
